Don't Panic
Friends, for the last 2+ years I've been saying "DON'T PANIC".

I know that things seem dire. Escalating crime, violent protests and looting in our cities, crippling inflation. There are days when it seems we are on the eve of destruction.

A Bit of History
The World was on its knees following WWI and the Spanish Flu Epidemic of 1918. The stock market crash in '29 was just a fitting end to a decade of post-war indulgence.

There are few still alive who can remember the Great Depression and the horrific environmental disaster of the Dust Bowl ... the worst heat wave and drought in American history. And a second World War just 20 years after the "War To End All Wars".

The Democrats don't want you to know or remember that this has all happened before.

The whole cycle of animosity and despair repeated just one generation later. Let us recall that in 1960 the United States was filled with hope and energy under President Kennedy. From his inaugural address:

Then Lyndon Johnson took over. Through the 60's and 70's we had the Vietnam War, racial unrest, riots, burning cities, massive unemployment, crushing inflation and official corruption. Lyndon Johnson managed to destroy America's spirit and its global prestige in just six years.

Many believed the American era had ended only 20 years after it began ... and the entire world was on the eve of destruction.

Ironically, it was Ronald Reagan, a Republican, who brought down the Soviet Union in 1991 (without firing a shot) and brought us back from the eve of destruction.

In some respects it's even worse than 50 years ago.

We now have over 35 TRILLION in national debt.
Under DEI, competency is no longer a job requirement. Aircraft fall apart in flight, weekly food recalls for contamination, continuing shortages being dishonestly blamed on supply chain issues.

Sustaining Liberty - The End of the Constitution

As some of you know, I don't really identify as a Republican or a Conservative. Those are very broad categories and I was a conservative-leaning Independent for most of my adult life. So I have to focus on what's most important to me and decided that I'm a Constitutionalist.

Contrary to what the Democrat Socialists will tell you, the United States is NOT a Democracy. The United States is, intentionally, a Constitutional Republic. Our Founders understood that every previous democracy succumbed to Mob Rule (i.e. Tyranny of the Majority) and collapsed.

The House is democratically elected
The President is democratically elected
The Senate and Supreme Court were/are intentionally structured to prevent Mob Rule.

As a Constitutionalist I am sad to say that the Democrats and their Progressive cohorts have turned their propaganda machine to attack the Constitution itself. This is the beginning of what will be a long campaign to destroy the Constitution and replace it with Globalist serfdom.

Here is an example: Erwin Chemerinsky, the dean of Berkeley’s law school recently published "No Democracy Lasts Forever - How the Constitution Threatens the United States" (I will not provide a link to his book).

It is sad the think that the dean of a prestigious law school doesn't comprehend that the United States isn't a democracy. But it's even worse to realize that he is merely the vanguard of dishonest, anti-American propaganda. He is a stooge scholar making it intellectually fashionable to hate the Constitution.

The New York Times immediately jumped on the bandwagon.

I quote: "The argument that what ails the country’s politics isn’t simply the president, or Congress, or the Supreme Court, but the founding document that presides over all three, has been gaining traction, especially among liberals."

"the urge to seek salvation in the Constitution has stunted not only our political behavior but also our understanding of what’s possible." In other words, we should toss the Constitution in the shitcan and start over ... perhaps following the shining example of France which has had fourteen failed constitutions in 200 years. This is what the Democrat Party will bring to America. This isn't a conspiracy theory ... they are saying it out loud.

You see, there is no way Socialism can ever elevate those who are lazy, incompetent or merely disadvantaged to be above average.

So, the only way to achieve glorious social equity (not to be confused with equality) is to crush those who are talented or industrious ... to insure that no one (except the party elites) can be above average.

Random Thoughts - Mongolia

Mongolia??
In The Lattice, I hypothesize that the BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa) will become the CRIMB (China, Russia, India, Mongolia, Brazil).

Perhaps they'll keep South Africa because of its strategic location. But I predict the country will descend into tribal civil war and total collapse within eight years.

Note that BRICS is not a military alliance like NATO. It is an economic trading block. With a current population of about 3.7 Billion it encompasses more than 45% of the entire global population.

Mongolia is the most sparsely populated nation on Earth with a population of only 3.4 million in an area the size of Texas.

Why would I include tiny Mongolia in the future CRIMB??

Let's look at the map.

Though Mongolia has substantial mineral resources of its own, the fact that it's the keystone between the vast resources in Siberia and the hungry markets in eastern China makes it an important partner in what will become the world's largest trading block.

Note that Kazakhstan also shares a border with both China and Russia, but it is in the arid and very sparsely populated region of western China. Consequently, Mongolia has the three most important characteristics for real estate: Location, Location, Location.

The Putin Visit
Tomorrow, September 3rd, Vladimir Putin will make a state visit to Mongolia.

The International Criminal Court (ICC), headquartered in the Hague, has issued an International Arrest Warrant for Putin, related to the War in Ukraine. I agree that the war is horrific, but all wars are horrific.

If the ICC can compel a third nation to arrest the head of a major (and nuclear) world power, and the leader of one of the five permanent members of the U.N. Furthermore, the ICC is redundant since the United Nations already has the International Court of Justice. It has been criticized for being biased and Eurocentric.

Tomorrow will be a pivotal day. If Mongolia does arrest Putin (unlikely) the media will be cheering for the righteous victory of the Euro-Globalists.

If Mongolia declines, it will foster greater economic interdependence between Russia, China ... and Mongolia.

We live in interesting times.

A Tale of Two Cultures

Happy Labor Day, y'all. Since I'm just chillin' while the (evil red-meat) rib-eyes defrost I would like to talk about the mental illness infecting our nation. I refer to this insanity as Socialist Psychosis. Cool term... right?

There are a number of Eastern European nations that lived under the boot of Socialism until the 1990's and they appear to be immune to Socialist Psychosis (at least for this generation).

Poland, because of its strong ties to pre-psychotic America, is a powerful example.... and the example I shall use today.

Poland
I admit that I might be slightly biased... I grew up in Chicago (the true, cold war, capital of Poland) and I believe that women of Polish descent are amazing.

As an aside, a portion of the Jason Loner Chronicles (my humble dystopian sci-fi novella) takes place in Jefferson Park, which is renamed the Zona Polska in a dystopian American future.

With that said, let us look at a picture of the current contestants for Miss Poland.

I am shocked and appalled to inform you that they are all fit, healthy cis-gender females. SHOCKED and APPALLED.

There is not one trans-women in the bunch! To make matters worse, there is not a single healthy-weight person represented. Shockingly, and appallingly, there's not a single trans-species furry cat-self.

The lack of diversity is horribly triggering!!... I may have to retreat to my safe-space.

The United States
Clearly, the United States is far superior. We have learned to place personal identification above objective reality or a Billion years of biology.

In America, we have learned that any expression of female beauty is misogynistic and degrading.... Fitness, femininity and having a uterus are obsolete, oppressive concepts. Having energy and enthusiasm is a cruel expression of 'ableism'.

Here in America we are so enlightened we no longer celebrate woman... we say "Let's Change Beauty"

Conclusion
It seems there is a reservoir of traditional sanity in Eastern Europe and I hope that can be exported to the United States.

I wonder if I can move to Poland!?? Maybe I can lobby the UN for a new international class of victims... I could be the very first hetero-cis-gender refugee to be granted asylum in Poland. Stranger things have happened.

Random Thoughts - Debt, Inflation and the Myth of a Gold Standard

This is a long post, my friends, because our nation faces complex problems and our enemies (both foreign and domestic) are doing everything they can can to splinter and divide us. Please bear with me.

Pax Americana
The United States has enjoyed unchallenged financial/economic power since the end of WWII and has enjoyed global hegemony since Ronald Regan triggered the collapse of the Soviet Union.

The unilateral power and authority of the United States has resulted in what many refer to as the 'Pax Americana'. This has been an 80 year period of relative peace (i.e. no massively destructive wars between global economic powers) and the resultant, unprecedented growth in global prosperity.

Many people around the world resent American prosperity... sadly, many Americans have been convinced that America is evil, racist, colonial, greedy... etc & so forth. We have become a house-divided. Perhaps Diversity = Division.

The End of America - The End of Prosperity
There is a lot of chatter lately about the decline of the United States and the advent of a 'multi-polar world'. A world where the United States is no longer dominant... a world with two (or more) powerful adversarial blocks fighting over resources.

In concert with the intentional destruction of America is the intentional destruction of prosperity and the middle class. BRICS
China and India have been rapidly rising economically over the past two decades. Quite honestly, I am happy to see growing prosperity and a growing middle-class in these large, populous countries.

Unfortunately, a new, 'multi-polar' block is forming to challenge the Pax Americana. This block is called BRICS, which stands for Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa.

China is the dominant economy (and military power) within BRICS. China wants Renminbi (RMB) to replace the US Dollar (USD) as the global Reserve Currency.

Sidebar - Renminbi (RMB) is the official name of Chinese currency similar to US Dollar. The more familiar term of 'Yuan' is like the term 'Buck'... and refers to one unit of currency.
Sidebar - The concept of Reserve Currency is important to world stability. It is THE Currency that is universally accepted for international trade. It is the currency accepted for long term contracts on international commodities (food, oil, energy, metals) because it is believed to be stable.
Sidebar - Massive printing of Monopoly Dollars and Bidenflation have allowed the Chinese to claim that contracts denominated in RMB are more secure/stable than contracts denominated in USD. The dollar is losing credibility.

However, China's authority within BRICS is like Germany or France's authority within the EU. It is a weak union... not based on actual unity of purpose, culture or ideals but only based on a perceived belief they can individually benefit from the decline of Pax Americana.

BRICS is fragile. The EU is fragile.

The Gold Standard
Members of BRICS are buying gold to create the illusion that their currencies adhere to a 'Gold Standard'. This is BULLSHIT. It is only a maneuver to further erode confidence in the Biden destroyed dollar. It is psychological warfare.. and Biden/Yellen are the main useful idiots.

Gold cannot save the USD or establish the RMB... there just isn't enough gold on planet Terra... please read on.

The Global Economy
By 2022, the global GDP was roughly $100 TRILLION. The United States has had the world's largest economy since 1871 (long before the start of Pax Americana). In spite of this, the Europeans looked down on us for more than 70 years (until the end of WWII when Truman established American dominance). China is now catching up.

All The Gold In The World - NOT Enough
Advocating a Gold Standard for currency is ridiculous. It is a myth pushed by China and online investment scammers. Gold has traditional, emotional value, rather than economic value.

Please let me be clear... the fiat Monopoly money printed by the Biden Treasury is even worse. BUT there is not enough gold to support the immense global economy. I'll go into that in a moment.

Let me be even more clear... if you want to invest in physical gold as a hedge against inflation... go right ahead. Physical gold will certainly retain value and might even do better than the stock market in these troubled times.

BUT... gold is NOT useful as an international standard of currency.

It's estimated that there is roughly 197,000 tons of gold on planet Earth with a total value of about $12 Trillion. This is a tiny fraction of the global $100 Trillion economy.

The United States holds the most (roughly 8,000 tons) which has a total value of less than $500 Billion.

$500 Billion is pretty small compared to the value of Apple ($2.3 Trillion) or Microsoft (More than $2 Trillion).

AND $500 Billion is just a drop in the bucket compared to our ever increasing national debt. In fact, with soaring interest rates, the interest alone will be more than $1 Trillion. In other words, there isn't enough gold to even pay the interest on our debt for one year!

Fiat Currency sucks and is always subject to escalating debt and inflation. BUT gold is not the answer. Perhaps currency should be backed by something tangible like a basket of goods such as food and energy.

Future Food - Eat Ze Bugs

Intro
I've been writing about about the globalist agenda to destroy agriculture for about two years now. Recent news suggests that the World Economic Forum (WEF) is winning its assault on freedom.

The WEF (and their Democrat Party henchmen) talk about insect farming as a way to save the Earth from the Climate Crisis hoax. In reality it is an effort to obliterate traditional family farms and take control of the global food supply.

You may feel that I am exaggerating... or that I'm a victim of a crazy conspiracy theory.... but I only write about FACTS. The following short video is directly from the WEF... it is not fiction.

Goal #1, the end of private property along with Goal #4, "You will eat much less meat. For the good of the environment" is not a conspiracy theory.... they state it out loud.

The End of Private Farms
You may ask "Hey Mr. Terra why are you opposed to insect farming?".

Well, actually, I'm not opposed. People in other countries already eat bugs (along with dogs, cats, monkeys and bats). I am opposed to the seizure of private property and destruction of independent family farms for the benefit of billionaire corporations.

AND it is happening RIGHT NOW.

The Netherlands, which is the second largest food exporter in the world, has announced plans to forcibly seize and close 3,000 family farms.... to save the Climate. And that is just the first wave... the government estimates that 11,000 farms will have to be shut down.

Coming To America
You might be thinking "Crazy Europeans... that can't happen here". Well, you are WRONG.

Ynsect, a French leader in insect farming has announced plans to build two new Maggot Ranches in the United States and one in Mexico starting next year.

Although several European countries have already legalized bug-burger, the FDA here at home still classifies bugs as contaminants. With money pouring in to lobbyists, I predict that Joe will issue an Executive Order to the FDA to magically transform maggots from contaminants to connoisseur delights.

This is how the globalists will control food. Genetically modified plants, feeding genetically modified bugs, with artificial chemical nutrients under artificial light supplied by electricity from coal-fired power plants. Please convince me this is somehow related to saving the 'Climate'.

Wow, I should give Europe Is So Screwed it's own tag.

Just yesterday, Suella Braverman, the 'Common Sense Pointy Knife Control' lady turned in her resignation to Liz Truss (the Prime Minister).

This morning Liz turned in her resignation to His Majesty the King. At only 44 days on the job, she is the shortest PM in history.

In many ways, this is an unfortunate development. Ms. Truss is a Conservative in favor of expanding oil and gas production in the North Sea and advocated abolishing giant land-sucking solar farms (in favor of restricting solar to rooftops).

Let us recall that the new King Charles is a WEF puppet who referred to the COVID pandemic as a 'Golden Opportunity" while speaking at a WEF 'Great Reset' event in 2020. I wonder how Klaus will spin this situation (click the pic)

The Great Reset - Europe Is So Screwed Part 3

In the previous two segments I talked about the expanding energy crisis in Europe, which continues to get worse. Just last week Germany was forced to close two steel plants due to the skyrocketing cost of energy. Mega-Drought In Europe
In addition to the energy crisis, Europe is now experiencing the worst drought in 500 years. Food production is being seriously impacted by:

Shortages of synthetic fertilizer (their fault)
Shortages of diesel for farm equipment (their fault)
Anti-agriculture policies from 'Green' governments (their fault)
Drought

Large, important rivers have become so depleted that barge traffic has been halted in many locations and electric production has been reduced at nuclear power plants in France due to a lack of cooling water. (click the pics for the story)

The drought is extensive and even affects the Nordic countries which primarily rely on hydro. Europe is so screwed. Climate Crazies are losing their (very small) minds. Click the pic.

Climate Change?
This has nothing to do with CO2. (oh that rhymes).

Europe experienced a period of heat and drought in the 1530s-1540. This corresponds to a period of increased sunspot activity (and warming) that occurred in the middle of the Little Ice Age in between the Spörer Minimum (1450–1540) and the the more severe Maunder Minimum (1645–1715). www.britannica.com/science/Little-Ice-Age#ref1111894

There was a drought (less severe) in Europe just a few years ago so the Climate Hysterians are claiming that two droughts in the span of just a few years is an unprecedented trend due to Climate Change. Which is total bullshit.

Despite appearances, the European mega-drought in 1540 was substantially worse than the current drought and lasted for an entire decade. Please keep in mind that the population of the entire planet was less than 500 Million in 1540 and is almost 8 BILLION today. The amount of water being sucked out of rivers and reservoirs for irrigation, industry, hot showers and flushing toilets is 100X greater now.

The current drought is, indeed, serious. Water levels have dropped so low that ancient 'Hunger Stones' have been revealed. These stones are carved warnings about impending starvation and death if the stones are exposed. The stone in the following picture is dated from an earlier mega drought in 1161... about 400 years earlier than the terrible drought of 1540.

It appears that these droughts have occurred in Europe every 400-500 years... long before humans discovered fossil fuels. In spite of historical evidence, Progressive media insists it is due to man-made Climate Change. (click the pic).

The extended winters and cold, wet summers that persisted for almost 300 years during the Little Ice Age caused crop failures, famine and plagues. Though the drought of 1540 was horrific, it was followed by a period of relative warmth that lasted for more than a generation.

Conclusion
Europe is a mess and it is mostly their fault. The United States should learn from Europe's Green Energy disaster and reject the Green New Deal. The United States has abundant energy resources that can insure a prosperous, gradual transition to alternative, reliable energy.

Sustaining Liberty - The End of Private Property Part 1

The Return of Serfdom
The Globalists (and their Progressive cheerleaders) want to eliminate private property of all types. They want everything to be owned by the government or by billionaires (because billionaires are very enlightened and not at all greedy).

Private Property = Prosperity
Americans have a deeply ingrained belief in private property... a belief that freedom and self-determination are based on the right to own a farm, or a business, or a home. Private property empowers people to pursue their own ideas and dreams without begging for permission from the King or the State.

You may have been told that this is universal... but America set the standard and fueled the dream.

In England, for example, through the mid-1800's, only owners of real property had the right to vote (US law was similar). However, virtually all the real property in England (and Continental Europe) was already owned by the ruling elite. America was quite different. Anyone with courage and a pioneering spirit could leave the cities and establish themselves in rural America. Anyone could own a farm, or a ranch. They could open a blacksmith shop or a sawmill. They became property owners in vast numbers.

How Do They Get All Your Stuff?
I've been pondering this question for quite some time.

'Liberal Democracies' can't fight all of us, so they can't just seize our homes, cars and businesses. So the BIG question is "how do they convince us to give up voluntarily?"

It should be clear that no single strategy will work. The Globalists are using multiple techniques to take your property and freedom. "You will own nothing. And you will be happy"

Regulation
Taxation

In the next few segments I'll discuss how the Globalists and The Democrats are using these techniques to deprive you of your rights and steal your prosperity.

Rights Only Exist If Enforced
While we expect that our Constitutional rights may be unalienable, in reality they must be defended and enforced.

The Right To Life
For example, you have a right to LIFE. However, if a thug with a butcher knife breaks down your door that 'right' won't protect you from the knife.

Your right to keep on living must be defended. It may be defended by the State (i.e. the Police) but it will probably fall upon you to defend your loved ones from harm.

Other Rights
The right to LIFE is embodied in the Right of Self Defense... a right recognized by every human culture since ancient times. All other rights are on far less less secure grounds.

You have no ethical or legal authority to use deadly force to protect your right of free speech or to protect your property. You must rely on the Police (a political organization) to prevent thugs from stealing your car, vandalizing your home or occupying your land.

I've written about the fake Biden recovery previously so I won't repeat it all here. Biden has NOT created a single job. In fact, there are still about 1 Million fewer people employed than in 2019.

On top of that, Biden has intentionally destroyed energy independence, Mayor Pete has allowed the supply-chain crisis to languish and Kamala has looked the other way while an invasion is taking place on our border.

Reality Check
I know... right now you are saying 'Hey Mr. Terra, you're just a low-information Biden Basher". So, I'm compelled to beat you up with FACTS.

The Biden Bubble
Honestly, I know I cannot convince the Progressives that Biden is INTENTIONALLY destroying our country. The best I can do is to illustrate how his administration is destroying our savings, pensions and prosperity. (BTW I just invented the term Biden Bubble so I hope y'all give me some credit).

Here we go!!

I know it's hard to read in the image. When Joe took office the DGI was at $31K. It closed on Friday (06/16/2022) below $29k. In other words the DOW has lost 3% since Joe took office (not counting 10% inflation, Oh My). A 13% loss in actual value should tell you there IS NO ECONOMIC RECOVERY.

Please note the HUGE bulge in between... the market hit $35k intermittently. With the Dems controlling the House, the Senate and the Oval Office, Wall street was confident that the government would continue to print TRILLIONS of $$. The market had a buying frenzy... I call it the Biden Bubble.

If you believe that most of that money went to COVID relief then you have your head in the sand. The average American family got less than $3,000 in relief. I am being generous to say there were about 100 Million eligible people/families. Thus, the citizens got roughly $300 Billion out of Trillions that disappeared.

The rest went to folks like Blackrock, so they could compete with you trying to buy a home. This is a FACT.

Perhaps you think I'm cherry-picking ... that the DOW was an anomaly. Well, I suppose it is... because the DOW got hammered the least. If you were heavily invested in NASDAQ your investments have lost almost 30% under Joe (in spite of the big speculative bubble in between).

The NASDAQ is truly in the outhouse right now.

REALITY
The Great Biden Recovery is one of the biggest lies in human history. Sadly, educated Progressives believe it, suck it up and celebrate Joe's brilliant success.

I hope that you can see the last 15 months have been a Progressive speculative bubble. I'm not sure if the Biden Bubble has actually burst yet... but it certainly looks like it is finally deflating.

If you got out early then inflation has devalued your cash savings by about 10%. If you stayed in the market then you lost even more... your 401k or pension fund has lost more than 13%.

The next 12 months will be a roller coaster. There will be shortages in America and famines in poor nations later this year. It will fill the news going up to the midterms... and it will all be blamed on TRUMP, COVID and Putin.

The reality is that Joe lit the fuse and Joe is making the impending starvation of millions worse by diverting corn (food) into ethanol (fuel) in a desperate attempt to shave a few cents off gas prices before the midterms. He should be held accountable for all of the famine and death that occurs in the next 12 months.

The poor are hit hard but they have nothing left to lose.
The Billionaires running Davos are getting more wealthy by the hour
You and I, in the middle-class, are losing prosperity week-by-week.

Conclusion
The Biden Bubble made everyone think that the Green New Deal and Build Back Better would work out. But it was a Grand Deception.

The WEF, the UN and the Progressive Urban Socialists (PUS) that control the Democrat Party are intentionally destroying the American middle class.

There is no safe haven and nowhere to hide. We must remove them from power in November.
