I have not posted in over two months. It's not that I lost interest ... it's just that I've been preoccupied trying to finish my first Science Fiction novel.
Last year I managed to write 40,000 words toward a competition that required a minimum of 50,000. I simply ran out of story. I lost interest and put the project aside for many months. In October I decided to push forward and I seem to have found greater focus ... I'm at 76,000 words with a bit more story to write and many ideas for a subsequent story. I've written as much in the past two months as the prior two years. YAY!
