No... I'm not talking about the movie classic. I'm talking about unreliable wind power and vulnerable solar panels. This is what the Progressive elites want you depend on.

It turns out that many areas that have a lot of wind also have thunderstorms and tornadoes. Here's what happens when a turbine gets hit by lightning. Maybe this is why Texas has power shortages.

Tornadoes are even more dramatic. Fortunately, they have a narrow track so only a couple of turbines get whacked.

Hurricanes are even worse. In 2017, Hurricane Maria destroyed MOST of Puerto Rico's 120 Megawatts of wind power and did massive damage to solar farms. Starting at 0:42, the following video shows the devastation of a huge solar farm.

In June a couple of really nice guys were arrested in California (of course) with 150,000 fentanyl pills they were transporting from Mexico to Washington state. The District Attorney released them without bail 18 hours later and didn't even bother to inform the County Sheriff.

Guess what... on Thursday they failed to show up for their hearing. SURPRISE! They are nowhere to be found.

A popular new vacation destination!! People have put a marker named "Brandon Falls" on Google Maps to mark the location where Joe fell off his bike. Google took it down but it's back. Sustaining Liberty - Globalists On The Ropes?

Global inflation, self-inflicted scarcity and impending famine have pushed many countries to the brink of social unrest.

On the surface this seems to be a disaster for the Great Reset Globalists at the World Economic Forum (WEF) but it could be part of their plan. Although millions of people are waking up and rejecting Climate Hysteria, the WEF never really cared about the Climate. It has always been a boogeyman to scare people into compliance.

It is likely that several key WEF henchmen will be pushed out of power. There is also the possibility they will be replaced by even worse globalist tyrants.

Fear of Climate Change has been eclipsed by fear of inflation, energy shortages, unemployment and famine. For the WEF one boogeyman is just as good as another. And the people may be willing to accept even more authoritarian rulers.

I believe The Great Reset and the New World Order may still be in play.

The Pandemic Trifecta

With farmers and citizens protesting against Globalists around the world, the CDC and the WHO have several new pandemics warming up in the bullpen.

You can avoid the mid-term rush and panic now... or you can just decide to stay sane..

They will use this as an excuse to quarantine the farmers and demand mail-in voting for all... in the name of Public Health.

Monkeypox
First up is monkeypox. Today (Saturday) the WHO declared that monkeypox is now a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC). Scary stuff!

There have been more than 2500 reported cases in the US. 50 House Democrats wrote a letter to Biden calling for the Administration to declare a National Public Health Emergency. Biden will likely agree. Then they will be empowered to close businesses and lock us in our homes again.

At present, the outbreak is mostly confined to 'men who have sex with men'... that demographic accounts for 97% of the cases.

The government has already shipped more than 300,000 doses of vaccine (in response to 2500 cases) and has an additional 786,000 doses on order. The LGBTQ&& community is screaming that this isn't enough.

COVID is warming up for a triumphant return engagement.

Polio In New York
On Thursday, the New York Dept of Health reported the first case of polio in the United States in a decade. The kicker is that the infection was caused by an oral polio vaccine.

As a matter of full disclosure, the oral vaccine has not been used in the United States since 2000 because of the known risk. The variant discovered in New York may have originated outside the US where the oral vaccine is still used.

If you are someone who preserves food for long term storage please read.

Amazon Banning Mylar Bags
Mylar bags are widely used for preserving dry staples (beans, rice,grains) or for preserving freeze-dried foods.

Regular zip-lock bags are useless for long term storage and even the heavier vacuum seal bags are porous and air-permeable. Oxygen (which facilitates growth of bacteria and parasites) and moisture (which promotes growth of mold) both gradually penetrate the plastic bags.

Mylar bags are constructed with a layer of aluminum sandwiched between layers of Mylar. 5-mil (and thicker) bags are non-porous and completely air-tight. readysquirrel.com/mylar-bags-for-food-storage-beginners-guide/

On August 5th (i.e. in two weeks) Amazon will stop selling Mylar bags that are not see-through. Super thin bags are transparent but are not very effective... to be transparent the aluminum layer must be so thin that it is no longer impermeable.

The Rational Prepper - Girls With Guns

In the wake of tragic mass shootings, politicians are again proposing endless ways to punish lawful gun owners while they ignore crime. And Joe is making political theater demanding a new Assault Weapon Ban as a talking point for the mid-terms.

Let's keep in mind that FBI statistics show that roughly 350 people are killed each year with rifles (of any type). Modern Sporting Rifles (MSRs) aren't the problem... urban crime is the problem. According to an article from NPR, "One in every 1,000 Black men and boys between the ages of 15 and 34 was shot and killed that year, ... That's nearly 21 times the rate of their white counterparts."

Please note that I don't believe this is an issue of race. I believe this carnage is the direct result of Progressive policies in Democrat run cities. Failed Policies and Distraction
The current attempt to pass another unconstitutional AWB is just political pandering to distract you from the failures of Democrat policies and leadership.

Ironically, Joe is the greatest gun salesman since Obama. With increasing drug trafficking, and spiraling violent crime in our cities, gun sales continue to be robust. There are millions of new lawful gun owners.

Women Take the Lead
According to a recent Harvard study, women are buying guns in ever increasing numbers and make up 42% of new gun owners. In fact, women are the fastest growing demographic among gun owners.

Roughly 3.5 Million women have become new gun owners over the the past 5 years, most within the past 2 years. One quarter of the women surveyed indicated that self-defense was their main reason for acquiring a firearm.

Note that I never recommend or advocate that anyone should become a new gun owner. The 2nd Amendment is a RIGHT, but it also comes with great responsibility for safety. Fortunately, it seems that many women take the responsibility seriously and are taking gun safety classes and/or joining women gun organizations in great numbers.

Please note, I'm not mocking the models they chose for their new branding... However, I honestly thought this was a stupid strategy since Walmart and Target already own the everyday undie market.

With share prices plunging even more than their bras, VS is laying off 160 management executives from their home office (The share price has dropped from $65 just 5 months ago to $27 today).

Maybe they can all get jobs on the Keystone Pipeline.
